Internal Communication and Employer Branding (40%):
• Assist with creating contents/ materials for various HR initiatives, including internal channel posts, social media posts, employee newsletters, HR training materials, job posts etc.
• Support in recruitment process
Employee engagement (40%):
• Assist with executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, sports competitions, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
HR Support (20%):
• Support implementation of training and development programs such as sharing sessions, workshops, internal/external training courses and onboarding training sessions.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
– Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
– Organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-tasks.
– Ability to create content.
– Knowledge of design web applications, such as Canva, is a plus.
– Familiar with Microsoft Office
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Internship duration: 6 months
