Mô tả công việc
– Conduct market research on Industrial Park Real Estate (including ready-built factories and warehouses for rent) and provide necessary information to banks for loan approvals.
– Work directly with banks to obtain exchange rate quotes and weekly term deposit interest rates as required by superiors.
– Process and prepare post-loan documentation.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the team and Direct Manager.

– Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
– Conduct market research or competition research.
– Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities.
– Support the team in organizing events.
– Track contract progress, delivery, and payment.
– Supporting other team members as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
– Preferably with a Degree of Business Administration, Public Relation, Social Science or related fields.
– Fluent in writing and communicating in English.

– Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility, integrity and a “can do” attitude.
